Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and Handling rates are based on the weight of all items in the order.
Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the item and can take up to 2 weeks for shipment to leave our office. Please see each item description for further details.
All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and a Tracking Number which will be updated within 24 hours of shipping. The Wholistic Phoenix, LLC will not be held liable for your package after it has been scanned "Accepted" at the Post Office. If there are any issues after this point, you will need to contact the Post Office directly.
PEAK SEASON
Peak season runs from September 1st through December 31st, during which time shipping times may increase. In the event of a delay in shipping beyond 3 weeks, due to back ordered merchandise, The Wholistic Phoenix, LLC will notify you immediately.
